We are a small team. Is this overkill for us?

Do we need expensive cloud servers?

How long does a full setup take?
A standard PC-focused pipeline takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Adding complex console targets (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch) will extend the timeline and is scoped as a custom add-on.
